Fleet Christian Mens Group
This group was formed in February 2007 following discussions over some months involving our Group Clergy and Revd David Price of the Church on the Heath. We have now formed a steering group comprising:
Geoff Wickes (P&J), Rod Williamson (AllSts), David Moll (Church on Heath), Paul Doughty (CCC), Ken Evans (Methodist), David Bookham (Baptist), with Andrew Moyse acting as secretary.
Our meetings are on second Saturday of each month at 7:30am, at the Church on the Heath and we welcome men of all churches in Fleet and Crookham, plus members of Fleet Football Club which was initially formed from a christian base.
If you would like to know more, please speak to Geoff, Rod, or Andrew on 617537 or email christian.men@parishoffleet.org.uk

The October meeting of the ecumenical men’s group will be led by Robert Frost, whom many of you will know as the former head of the Citizen’s Advice Bureau as well as a regular member of All Saints congregation. Our topic will be ‘Financial Problems’ and the effect they can have on family and other relationships, together with the ways in which these problems can be overcome. This will enable us to share in the Money Coaching initiative currently being undertaken by Churches Together. More information can be obtained from Geoff Wickes (geoff.wickes@ntlworld.com) or Andrew Moyse (andrew.moyse1@ntlworld.com). The meeting is on Saturday October 9th at 7.30am.
